The Story So Far
From a software engineer dreaming of financial freedom to a solo founder building B2B products. This is my journey - the wins, the failures, and everything in between.
Chapter 1: The Beginning
In October 2020, during the height of COVID, I started my first real software company - ZakirSoft. I was just a software engineer trying to create something bigger than myself, something that would give me financial freedom. We started with what we knew: Figma templates, HTML templates, admin dashboards. We sold them on ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, and Gumroad. Built Echotemplate, Codeshikhi, and Templatecookie. Those early days were pure grind. I was learning to be more than just an engineer - learning to run a business, manage people, make decisions.
Chapter 2: Growth & Challenges
After two years, I was frustrated. I officially announced on social media that I was closing ZakirSoft. It was time for something new. I started Lomeyo LLC in October 2022, registered it in the USA through Stripe Atlas in July 2023. We went from 5 people at the start of 2023 to 18 full-time staff by the end of that year. It was amazing growth. But there was a ceiling I couldn't break. We couldn't get past $3-4K per month. The products we were creating - Laravel scripts, PHP templates - they weren't meant to scale. I realized: "The products I'm creating aren't meant to grow much more."
Chapter 3: The Pivot
That realization led to JuggleHire in July 2023 - my first real SaaS with recurring revenue. I invested everything: time, money, effort. Let the agency business die while focusing on building this product. The hard truth: After 2 years of building, heavy investment, I had ~$200 MRR and 3-4 clients. The burnout was real. I accumulated 450k BDT in debt - unpaid team salaries. I had to let people go, one by one. In September 2024, I moved from Dhaka to Mymensingh. A reset was needed.
Chapter 4: Solo Founder Era
Now I'm operating as a solo founder. Laser-focused. In January 2025, we rebranded Templatecookie to LomeyoLabs. My focus: B2B micro-SaaS products for small and medium businesses. Premium model. Sustainable growth. My vision: Become a millionaire by the end of 2027. Not through shortcuts, but by building real value for real businesses. I'm not a businessman yet - but I'm learning. Every day. Every product. Every lesson.
